A determined young researcher, passionate about Organizational Communications and Negotiating in International Business, with extensive research in the fields of International Relations, Leadership, Behavioral Science, Cultural Integration, Executive Development, Cognitive Science, Ethno-Pragmatics and Accessible Communication. Ana has worked with corporations and public institutions on defining the digital talent portfolio and modernizing talent operations, corporate communications and executive development initiatives.
Ana is currently finishing her Ph.D. in International Relations and European Studies at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law and a Master’s Degree in International Relations focused on International and European Management and Negotiations.
Ana lectures on Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Social Innovation at Nagaoka University of Technology (Japan).
