Anette is an analyst driven by her passion of finding feasible solutions for companies in every industry. In her previous role, Anette was working with UCB Japan, a subsidiary of a Belgian Pharma company focused on developing diseases for patients with severe diseases, and she developed a 5 year Diversity & Inclusion road map for the company.

Anette also worked as a Project officer for OIKOCREDIT Tanzania, a financial Institution headquartered in the Netherlands, providing loans to micro-finance Institutions in Tanzania, focusing on the social relevance of such institutions. She was part of the Loan and Investment team, who also monitored the activities.

Anette holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management (Tanzania), a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource management from George Brown College (Canada) and an MBA from Graduate School of Management, Globis University. It is this combination of education and cultural exposure that helped her have a balance of skills in both finance and talent operations.
