Nobumichi Watahiki has been a professor of management for more than twenty years. He currently serves as a professor at the Graduate School of Information and Management Systems Engineering at Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) in Niigata, Japan. Prior to NUT, he was an associate professor at Hirosaki University in Aomori, Japan.

Among the presentations he delivered include “The Introduction of an Internship Program as Seen in the Case of E-Recruiting Agency in Japan,” “Creativity and Innovation Management: Case Study on TOYOTA’s Innovation Management Program – Creativity Development and Methodology,” and “Petroleum Industry Entrepreneurs Network and the Railway in Nagaoka.

Nobumichi Watahiki holds a Ph.D. in Management from Tohoku University.
